“ We stayed at the estate for a few nights and loved our time here. We had josh look after us at La Veta and he was excellent. We had the chef's menu. The food was lovely. The octopus pasta was excellent. The bread was yummo. The oysters were fresh. The steak was enjoyable. The tuna dish and salmon cones were nice. For us the only dish we did not enjoy was the desert. Just not our flavours. It was a pity we came for dinner and not lunch as we missed the beautiful view at night. Next time we would order a la carte. We def recommend and will return. For a hatted resturant there was a couple of things to fine tune. We ordered sparkling water for one and still for another. And they did not get this right for the meal. But overall a wonderful experience ”

The T-bone steak was not over done and cooked to perfection. Kept every ml of juice and was flavoured to the max. The Morten bay bug pasta was by far the most exciting dish I've had in a while.
